  1. Order Processing Time — Orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.
  2. Weekend/Holiday Orders — Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working business day.
  3. Delivery Time — Major Cities — Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, and other major cities: 2–4 business days.
  4. Delivery Time — Other Areas — Remote or smaller towns: 4–7 business days, depending on courier coverage.
  5. Order Confirmation Call — A courier or our team may call to confirm your order and address before dispatch.
  6. Shipping Charges — Any applicable shipping fee is displayed clearly at checkout before order confirmation.
  7. Free Shipping Offers — Free shipping promotions, when active, will be clearly stated on the product page or at checkout.
  8. Cash on Delivery (COD) — COD is available across Pakistan. Please keep the exact amount ready for the delivery rider.
  9. Prepaid Orders — Prepaid/online payment orders may be prioritized for faster dispatch.
  10. Order Tracking — A tracking number is shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email once your order is shipped.
  11. Multiple Item Orders — Orders with multiple items may occasionally be shipped in separate parcels; you will be notified if this happens.
  12. Address Accuracy — Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for delays due to incorrect address details.
  13. Delivery Attempts — Couriers typically attempt delivery 2–3 times before returning the parcel to us.
  14. Delayed Orders — If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.
  15. Lost Shipments — In the rare case a shipment is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier and offer a replacement or full refund.
  16. Weather/Force Majeure Delays — Delivery times may be affected by weather, strikes, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.
  17. Change of Address — Address changes after an order is placed must be requested as soon as possible; changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has shipped.
  18. Package Inspection — We recommend inspecting your package at the time of delivery and reporting any visible damage immediately to the rider/courier.
  19. International Shipping — Currently, Vortix Home ships only within Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.
