Refund policy
At Vortix Home, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and free items (if any) are included
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer
- Items returned without original packaging
- Products where the return request is made after 7 days of delivery
3. Defective or Wrong Item Received
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear photos/video of the product and packaging
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund after verification — no extra cost to you.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, or bank transfer / JazzCash / Easypaisa for Cash on Delivery orders
5. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item), Vortix Home will bear the return shipping cost
- If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. Once shipped, the standard return policy will apply.
